Therefore, you may return or exchange your silver jewelry within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. All items that engraves and all clearance / sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. To return silver jewelry to, follow these steps:

- For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned silver jewelry with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry. Please include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. - We will only accept returns or exchanges through the US postal service to our PO box. Additionally, we recommend using delivery confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.
